Has anyone found a solution to installing a flag mount to the front of the hummer EV for mounting an off-road flag?

I have been using a flag with suction cups, but would rather have something that is mounted. The tow hook on the Hummer EV swivels, so can't use any of the tow hook mounts that are available out there.

Flag requirement: 10 ft height, mounted on the front of the car for Off-Road ORV Parks and riding Sand Dunes in Michigan.

There are front license plate holes under a cover in the bumper, maybe you could rig a bracket and mount that would screw in there. Maybe modify something like this:

Mount it to a board with holes that line up with the license plate screws.

Thanks for the idea. I thought about that and there are sites that sell flag mounts that you can mount on the front license plate holder. Then I noticed that the front mounted camera on the bumper would be blocked by the flag and thought it was not an ideal place to mount a flag. In addition the license plate holder is set a bit under the bumper so the bracket has to jut out far enough to clear the bumper. I am hoping for a more elegant solution.

I could try this. The flag being on the side might clear the camera. Not sure if the bracket juts out far enough to clear the bumper though.
