Ok. Two dumb questions: Are you in Terrain mode? Did you hold down the button for both lockers for at least 5 seconds?

 

Yes, followed the manual, tried several times. The rear locker consistently works. The rear locker button is a simple push, but the other one requires the hold for 5 seconds. Vehicle is not moving.

 

 

For the extract mode, I wonder if I have old software, the early trucks had to get a software update for that.

 

There is a new TSB that Dealerships are supposed to follow if any new GM EV goes in for service. They are to update ALL modules to the latest versions. So I'd schedule a time for troubleshooting and updates.

 

My plan is to take it back in to the dealer, I assumed that an August build would have left the factory with the latest software. I am also seeing the XM radio losing signal a lot, others on the forum have reported that issue.

 

OK, I got Extract mode to work, it seems that not only do I have to be in Terrain Mode, but the height needs to be at the increased setting prior to selecting Extract. The box on the display to toggle Extract is grayed out until the truck is in Increased Mode, you cannot go directly from Normal to Extract with two button pushes.

But for the front locker it gives me a service message for the locker.
