What the Cybertruck should have been?

Edison Future introduced this, I think it looks much better the Cybertruck, while remaining futuristic, what do you guys think?

When I first saw this picture I thought it looked a lot like the Rivian in the front

If GM pulled this out as the Silverado EV would you like it? I sure would, looks futuristic, and aerodynamic. Needs a little design fine tuning, but lots of potential.

BTW, my wife hates the look of the Rivian, thinks it's the ugliest SUV she has ever seen, her and her colleagues were laughing at me for thinking it looks good. I got her to give up after 5 Range Rovers over the previous 12 years originally to go into an I-Pace, which she was ok with, but we switched to the E-Tron, now she really likes the E-Tron and does not want a new car. I like the E-Tron too, but just worry about the LG batteries.

To me the Edison just looks like a lazy design that is focused on ease of manufacturing instead of aesthetics.

Definitely an improvement over the Cybertruck.... I would be OK if the Silverado was somewhere along this form.... I will get the Hummer and keep it for a while, but might trade for a Silverado or Sierra EV if they have some type of AT4 type package and get the styling right and more range....

@Tom E-Tron I think that the Rivian SUV looks pretty good... The headlights are a little funk, but I think that they grow on you... I was talking about it with my wife last night... But it is probably considerably smaller than her Mercedes GLS and somehow we can always pack that thing floor to ceiling when we are going on vacation

look like ridgeline and a cyber truck had a baby. Personally im not a fan and would be pretty cross is this is what the SilvErado or SiErra eneded up looking like, I for one am looking forward to the nikola badger. that is a good looking truck to me.

I think it is the vertical stadium lights that turn people off. Those are a bit weird. I think the Edison looks nicer with the more horizontal headlights, and the vertical bars on the sides look nice too. But the whole front shape look very similar to the Rivian, disregarding the lights. I wonder though if the front grill lifts with the frunk, that is a negative on the Rivian that you have to reach over the grill to get into the frunk.

That has got to be the most obnoxious interior color I have ever seen. Interior is really small and cramped, and what is it with that overhang into the truck bed. Looks like an accordion tonneau cover.
