This forum was actually listed on our GM training classes from GM. It has the Chevybolt.org listed which I have been a member of for awhile and listed this forum as a great source of community involvement for the Hummer EV. As soon as I finished the class I made an account here. It's been about 2 months since I joined and love everyone's passion. I'm sure once clients can start ordering their Hummer we will see memberships rise again.

The more Hummer EV fans the better!

I signed up after I reserved, so Oct 20th or 21st 2020, I find it fascinating all of the different people in different lifestyles that are so passionate about the Hummer EV. I keep thinking about the folks who are retired, and going to road trip the Hummer Ev across the country with jealousy, I want to be them when I grow up. This is really going to get exciting as the next couple months pass, and the news picks up on a daily basis.

I signed up shortly after securing a reservation for the Edition 1. This will be my daily driver and the vehicle that will create memories for my family as our children enter their formative years (kids' activities, family vacations, camping, weekend road trips).

I guess I have been a member for a few months now after running into it trying to find more information on the truck. I will probably just get the SUV version of it, but love the truck as well. To be honest I wasn’t a huge fan of the H2 but liked the H3 better. They took it to the next level with the EV though. Hope they leave room in the lineup for a smaller Bronco/Wrangler sized vehicle sometime in the future! Thanks for all y’all have done for the community.

I was late to the info about Hummer EV and missed out on the Edition 1....I reserved the 3 motor one step down and joined the forum.... I am super excited about it, but I also like that I will have a year of feedback from those who are driving the Edition 1's before I ultimately pull the trigger if I do so.... The payload is a little concerning, but I am hoping that they just lowballed it to get around the gross weight and having to have a special driver's license certification to drive it... I also like the fact that I will be able to option it how I want it, but I really like the Edition 1 white and hope that is a color option for other lower trim levels... I do wish it had a longer bed, but I have talked myself into the fact that I can use the frunk for some of the extra bed space that is lacking...

In some ways I hope I am one of the first to get one, in other ways I am not sure if I am really ready for this early adopter experience, there is a lot of new to GM tech in this vehicle, and a completely new platform developed and tested on an expedited schedule, what could go wrong?

No it has just been me so far. I'm just relaying info over to them and speaking with my managers about how we can really raise the bar for Hummer deliveries.
