Dealers have this info on their computer once there is a VIN. GM should really do a better job, and not make customers have to dig for any scrap of info. Ford is doing better at this with their customers.

My VIN shows up on this system as coming and going 4 and 3 days before I got my fully built e-mail. My dealer said they didn't have the VIN yet on the day of the fully built e-mail.
