Hey everyone. Just saying hi!

I remember when Hummer was the biggest deal and burning lots of gas was cool and even a status symbol. Amazing how the world has changed for the better in a few years.

So excited to see what GM will do with an electric Hummer model. I think what we've seen from brands like Rivian show us that there's a LOT of possibilities.

It's remarkable how much has changed. From rolling coal to rolling on batteries. Have you ever owned a Hummer St00k?
Nope. Never.
I think the brand is an icon. Both good and bad. IT's a great American story, but also kind of everything that was wrong with the housing crisis America.
Looking forward to taking something that was cool and making it cool again.... and a lot less terrible for the environment.

Welcome.

Some exciting times should be ahead.
GM continues to prove it will deliver on building vehicles we actually want. The new Tahoe and Suburban were proof of that.
Have you at least tried some Z71 trim trucks?
Nope. Never.

Agreed I really like how they re-imagining the brand as a vehicle for the future. Especially as one of the faces for GM's push into EVs.
Hi from Arizona. I have waited for the day for Hummer to be re-introduced... but never did I ever imagine it to be electric. I will never get rid of my H2 but I am ready to add another one.

Hi Susan, welcome to the forum! How long have you had your H2 for?

Hi Susan, I'm also joining the forum from Arizona! I remember when you used to see more H2s on the roads here. I'm hoping the new Hummer truck is just as popular and becomes a status symbol again.

Were you one of those H2 owners Rusty?
