Yea, I would assume so. But, he did mention that driving impressions are embargoed for a bit so it probably be the same stuff. Didn't really learn much new here except to see the area under the back load floor. Unless I missed something...Hmm I guess we should expect more SUV videos today from others?
Just saw a post that the embargo ends later this month.Yea, I would assume so. But, he did mention that driving impressions are embargoed for a bit so it probably be the same stuff. Didn't really learn much new here except to see the area under the back load floor. Unless I missed something...
I'm excited for when the full embargo is released and we get all the reviews. I'm curious to hear if views are similar or different with the Hummer pickup and SUV.
According to GM Authority, March 23rd seems to be when people will be sharing their full reviews.Just saw a post that the embargo ends later this month.
Supposedly hatches typically open from the driver side/are hinged on the passenger side. E.g., GX460, Jeep, Bronco in the US all have passenger side hinges. FJ Cruiser is left hinged, but maybe because it's a Japanese vehicle (though that wouldn't explain the GX), as is the Mercedes G Class. Not aware of any others being power operated, though.Hmm, I didn't know about the power rear door, my wife wishes her Defender had that. Does anyone else offer a power side opening door? I'm also always curious why side opening rear hatches don't open to the left, so you can load it parked on the street without stepping into traffic or walking around the door.
If you get a flat tire and have to change it, you do not want the tire access on the street side of the vehicle. You will need to open the rear first to get the tools and jack.Hmm, I didn't know about the power rear door, my wife wishes her Defender had that. Does anyone else offer a power side opening door? I guess in that case a set of road flares spaced out enough will help keep you safe.If you get a flat tire and have to change it, you do not want the tire access on the street side of the vehicle. You will need to open the rear first to get the tools and jack.
Yeah, you do tend to open your rear door more often to get stuff in and out than change a tire. It's weird on Defender as well because the default right-hand drive models open to the right allowing easy access when driving/parking on the left side of the road but they don't flip it for left-hand drive markets to save money on parts.I guess in that case a set of road flares spaced out enough will help keep you safe.
The emergency flasher in the taillight would also be blocked on the street side with the tailgate opening that directionI guess in that case a set of road flares spaced out enough will help keep you safe.

Onboard.Do the Ed1 SUVs have the 19.2kW onboard or the "Power Station"?
No rear wiper, rear window rolls down.Still curious if the back window has a wiper. It s such a short window.
doesn’t the 4Runner‘s window roll down and have a wiper? It is possible, right? I just know how dirty rear windows on SUVs get.
This was from the recent press event:Does it have Bi-directional charging?
