What is the symptom? My 2022 Escalade just started giving "Super Cruise Unavailable - No Road Information" everywhere. I think I need a map module. You may too.

Yes, same. Used to work on the trips out to Carmel/Pebble Beach, has not worked the last few times.

Yes, same. Used to work on the trips out to Carmel/Pebble Beach, has not worked the last few times.

I disconnected the 12v battery and reconnected and Super Cruise was back on my 2022 Escalade. I am concerned that we are getting the new map update is hanging the map module. I am still going to have it diagnosed, but the first time I could get service was 1/11. (If the vehicle is locked this triggers the Theft alert so unlock just before you disconnect the negative terminal and reconnect.)
