Now that we're seeing vehicles rolling out to customers has anyone found information about real world mileage and charging rates? Real curious to see how the truck will perform at actual highway speeds with the hvac on.
I am very interested in peak observed charging rates. That is a big damn pack, I am hoping it is capable of inputting a lot of juice fast.

I am supposed to be getting mine any day now. I fully intend on recording a full charge curve on a 350kW EA station. I'll share it, assuming they don't make me sign any kind of an NDA on it.
What climate will you be charging in? Make sure you also engage the battery preconditioning mode, if it is below 80F.

Michigan climate. If it seems like it might be restricted because the battery is too cold, I plan on cutting it off quick and letting the fast charge preparation to run longer.

My Polestar will happily max out if I navigate to a charger from a full battery so I hope that GM figured it out for the hummer. Manual suggest it will do it if you route to the charger with Google maps.

I thought I saw a video where it had a menu to manually select preconditioning.

It's an option. There are instances where chargers aren't mapped out or you need to start it well in advance. It can probably take over an hour to get it into the optimal range during winter deep freeze, there is a lot of thermal mass.

Here is a snippet of the video that shows it has preconditioning, not sure how it activates though, it looks like a sub-menu of this page.

Here is the owner's manual, page 114, it looks like it can be selected manually or automatically using maps.

DC Fast Charge Battery Conditioning
Adjusts the battery to the optimal
temperature for quicker DC Fast Charging.
This should be done prior to charging at a
DC Fast Charger.
Depending on the outside and battery
temperature, this could be as long as
one hour.
While en route using Google Maps, DC Fast
Charge Conditioning will happen
automatically.

Do we have an infotainment manual for the Hummer? Does it say how the Google Maps work? Can you add a charging station in your rout or is it that you have to get directions to the station directly.

This is covered starting on page 142 of the owner's manual, it will automatically add chargers to your route, or you can add manual stops. I have the Energy Planner in the MyChevy app for my Bolt, and it works the same way, then sends the plan to your desired map app. I use it with Apple maps, but it also works with Google maps.
