A Hummer EV prototype (the same one?) was spotted again not far away from the above.
"Living in a GM town, you get to see GM things sometimes. Charging at the local Canadian Tire... Looks like a tester, dude had a laptop going and most likely logging data. Missing a lot of trim, headlights and tail lights looked weird as well."
