Has anyone had any issues with their Hummer not arriving with parts they ordered?

I received delivery of my Hummer Sept 6th. When the dealer delivered it to me it was missing the Tonneau cover I had optioned. The dealer told me not to worry that they had spoken to GM and they were express shipping my Tonneau cover and it would be there in a couple of days. Lo and behold it is almost 3 whole months later and still no Tonneau cover. At this point I have reached out to Concierge, GM and the dealer with no luck. I have already paid for the truck -> Tonneau cover and would just like a refund for it at this point.

Anyone having this same issue? Any Ideas on how to get this solved?

There is a parts backlog for a lot of the accessory options. I'd still press the dealerships parts department. It will eventually arrive. Who knows it might be stuck on a cargo ship sitting outside a port.
