I took my Hummer EV1 in to have it serviced by a guy named Thomas in service at a place called Quebedeaux Buick & GMC. They treated me like crap, and didnt call me when my part came in, and let it be returned I will start using Royal I went there yesterday and wow what a difference. I am using a service advisor named Chris, and he is all over it. Thank you to Royal and Chris.
