Those are actually a dealer installed option, but come with the Edition 1. I think they ship all accessories to the dealer for installation.

I've been wondering - With the Hummer EVs showing up at dealers, and apparently being delivered to customers, I'm wondering why there hasn't been any official road test by automotive outlets yet?

They have had access to Prototype Hummers but all the Production Hummers they've made are going right to Customers.

Likely won't see any reviews of Production Hummers until someone loans one or those outlets get one.
