Hummer Power Station Availability?

I'm having trouble finding the original source for the power station add-on they will be selling. Specifically if it really only will be an option for the 2023/2024 model SUT/SUV or if it will be available to Edition 1 and EV3x reservation holders.

I've seen reports either way but primarily on the side of later models only being given the option. Asking because my plans for this vehicle definitely include a need for moderate wattage 120 AC power. I'd hoped that it would be assumed given the other EV vehicles coming out having this as a base feature, but it's sounding like that's not the case.

Anyone have some info on this? Would like to know more to set my expectations.

So, for the Edition 1, after verifying my reservation with the dealer, GMC informed me that they are sending a 11.5kW station to my house.

Details of the promotion:

Subject to the definitions, qualifications, limitations and requirements set forth in these "Terms and Conditions," you may qualify to receive an 11.5 kW Home Charging Station at no additional cost to you. Installation is not included and will be at your sole expense. Based on availability, GMC will determine in its sole discretion which brand/model Home Charging Station will be provided as part of this Promotion. GMC does not guarantee that all participating Customers will receive the same Home Charging Station. This Promotion is intended to provide a Home Charging Station to Customers who have a reservation and take delivery of an Eligible Vehicle.

HOME CHARGING STATION PROMOTION PROCESS -- How it Works

Each eligible Customer will receive a Home Charging Station as part of their purchase or lease of an Eligible Vehicle. This Promotion does not include the installation of the Home Charging Station, which will be an additional cost to you. During the Reservation Verification Form process, your Dealer will ask you to verify your mailing address for delivery of the Home Charging Station. You will also be asked to confirm how you intend to install the unit, either: (1) by hiring your own electrician, or (2) if you would be interested in being connected with an electrician who has been approved by Qmerit, GM's appointed vendor, to provide you with an installation quote. If available in your area, Qmerit can find and select a local, suitably skilled, qualified, insured, and licensed electrician to provide an installation quote. To begin the Qmerit process, please contact ****

Your Dealer will register you for the Promotion by submitting the information on your Reservation Verification and Confirmation Request Form, including but not limited to your name (first/last), home address, email, and phone number to GM. You should expect to receive delivery of the Home Charging Station within one (1) month after you e-sign your Reservation Verification and Confirmation Request Form. If you do not receive your Home Charging Station within the allotted timeframe, you should contact the HUMMER EV Concierge Team at 833-HUMMER-EV. If you cancel your reservation for an Eligible Vehicle prior to submitting the Reservation Verification Form, you are no longer eligible for the Promotion.

You agree that by completing your Reservation Verification Form, you provide your express, written consent for GM to collect and share the information you include in the Reservation Verification Form including your name, home address, email, and phone number with GM's vendors for the purpose of this Promotion. Any such information provided by you in the Reservation Verification Form will be treated in accordance with the General Motors Privacy Statement.

GM strongly advises you that installation of your Home Charging Station be completed prior to the delivery date of your Eligible Vehicle to ensure you are ready to charge the GMC HUMMER EV. GM also strongly encourages each Customer to review the instructions and warranty information for the specific model of Home Charging Station that is provided pursuant to this Promotion. Each Customer should register for any warranty provided by the manufacturer of their provided Home Charging Station.

If a ClipperCreek (HCS-60) Home Charging Station model is provided, you must follow the warranty registration instructions provided in the HSC-60 User Manual. The warranty period shall commence on the date of installation (first use), provided the Customer communicates to ClipperCreek by way of the warranty registration card (or its equivalent). The warranty registration card must be filled out completely and accurately, and returned to ClipperCreek within thirty (30) days after installation. If the Home Charging Station installation date is not communicated to ClipperCreek as described above, the product delivery date when you received delivery the charger shall serve as the warranty commencement date.

Thanks for the reply. It's my fault though that I should have clarified the power station details. They have mentioned with the SUV that an option will be the 'power station'. A power inverter that can be used basically as a high powered outlet.

It will be available starting for the Edition 1 of the SUV, then be available for future model years of the Pickup.
So, theoretically, I have an EV3X reservation and since everything that we have been hearing is that they won't be delivering until late next year... Does that mean that my truck would be a '23 year model and if so, would the power station be available at that point? I was just wondering about that today...
