The Urus is half the weight and much faster. So yeah, not quite unexpected.

But it shouldn't be "much faster" if the GM stats are right. Urus went 3.2 to 60 per C&D: The 2019 Lamborghini Urus Just May Be the Ultimate SUV. GM says "0-60 IN APPROX. 3 SECONDS." MT claimed 3 seconds to 60 but we've all seen the R1T smoke the Hummer and the R1T seems to run real 3.0 second 0-60 times.

After playing around with tire pressures, I'm pretty sure that the Hummer has issues with squishing the tire out too much at standard pressures in a WTF launch. Seemed to be less likely to squawk the tires loose when I had them up at ~55 psi cold. It's very surface dependent too.
