Ya, the military versions are not great (not to mention most of them have been badly mistreated), and the H1, not a lot better. There is no comparison to the refinement the new HummerEV will offer in so many ways. Hummer EV will have most of the off roading capability, with nearly the interior space of a crew cab pickup and the the interior and suspension refinement of a Tahoe. Its a pretty cool package for the typical off roader, maybe not as good as the Jeep, Bronco, or Defender, in hard core situations, but we will have to wait and see. I think some trails the width and weight of the Hummer Ev will be a problem, but there will be plenty of places to go have fun.If they are like anything we drove in the military, 100% not made for driving down the road, over 40mph those things were always "shake rattle and roll".
