That has to be a wrap.

There are no tags on it to indicate it being a GM vehicle. Unfortunately, we don't have a shot of the rear either.

EDIT: There is a video... it has a Georgia car distributors plate/independent selling agent plate (Used Car Plate).

I think it is a wrap, it doesn't really match any of the colors we've seen before.

Thank you for the welcome @Oakwood! I was going to wait for the SUV, but when I showed my wife the Hummer EV video, she said she may want the SUV! So I went ahead and secured a reservation for the EV3x. Welcome @MW Corkrum were you considering any other HUMMER EV models before going with the EV3x?

Yeah it's a wrap, it's not a GM owned vehicle. It's right now owned by some independent distributor looking to sell. (see my comment about the plate)
