Those are turn signals that double as Charging indicators.

I am leaning towards not getting the Hummer EV, I guess when it comes right down to it I am not a "Hummer Guy", I just want an EV pickup that can replace my Sierra Denali. I like the concept of the Hummer, but it is inefficient, noisy inside, and from MT they say it does not drive or handle as well as the Rivian. I will wait and see the Silverado and Sierra, but if they do not hit the checkboxes I might go with Rivian or something else, even just thinking about keeping my diesel, since I rarely drive it. I also think my order is far enough down the list I will not have flipping value, so likely just cancel once I decide on something else.

Tom, I always appreciate your candid responses, and I have to say that I probably agree with you, however, I just cant get over the looks of the EV1. The wind noise doesnt bother me as I will always have the tunes going. I have always been a Ford guy, and just sold my raptor, to make room for the EV1. If I was using the EV1 to tow something big, or as a long drive commuter, I would probably pass. The rivian is definitely tempting and seems like a great option, but wishing it was bigger! Just recently started to like the looks of the GMC Denali Sierra and the ultimate package with the saddle brown leather, look like pure heaven. I am really not liking the design of the new Ford Lighting.... design seems to have gone back in time. I certainly cant wait for the GMC EV Sierra Denali. I have a spring 2022 EV1 timeframe but have not been called by the dealer to place order just yet. Still weighing all the options....

Haha, most don't appreciate my candid comments, but I just post what I am thinking most of the time, and I am on strong pain killers now from my surgery so everything should be taken with a grain of salt. Hoping to get off these pills tomorrow, they make me sleepy. Ya, I am sure the HummerEV is awesome, and for a different user then me it might be the perfect vehicle. As for the looks, ya, GM nailed the styling for a modern Hummer, snd its better in nearly every way than previous Hummers, which is really what convinced me that I am just not a Hummer guy, I care about a quiet and comfortable ride, good handling, and care about efficiency.
