Does anyone know where exactly that measurement is made? Is it outside tires, inside tires, middle of the vehicle? I'm reading that most city roads are 10 to 12 ft wide, so I'm wondering if we will be able to make a u-turn from a turn lane on a 4 lane (2 lanes each side) road.
