I think that's probably a very accurate rendering of the upcoming SUV. The only things we currently know about the SUV is that it will ride on a shorter wheelbase, and that it is identical to the SUT from the back of the second row doors forward. So it will likely retain the same general look as these renderings, just shorter.
Here's the silhouette outline from July. It looks like all you need to do is shorten it, and make the C pillar a straight up-and-down design instead of the sail from the SUT, add a tire, and you've got it!
