Ya, that is part of it... Wall street wants to see the SilveradoE offering, see if it can put some pressure on Ford, but Ford is clobbering GM with announcements and propaganda today, I have never seen Ford media relations so active like today.

If GM does not blow the Silverado unveil, and then shows something else cool, GM stock could pop again tomorrow, but not being the greedy type, I have been selling some GM stock today into this strength. I sold off 10% of my holdings in the last hour, take some profit, and see where this shakes out.

EPS was disappointing but they seemed to be confident they are navigating the supply chain issues.

huh? They did not report earnings, just sales for Q4, and GM already had previously guided that earnings will beat their guidance. GM raised earnings guidance 3 times in 2021...
