Presumably, fresh off the assembly line! A friend in Detroit spotted this plated Hummer EV. I can't imagine they've managed to make deliveries to actual customers yet, so this vehicle is probably owned by GM, but seeing as it's not running manufacturer tags, this is almost certainly a...www.hummerchat.com
