I don't recall a GM vehicle having one-touch auto up only auto down. I could just be having a brain fade right now though.

My Bolt was one touch for the driver only. I think the same for the Hummer but it's been too long to remember for certain.

Surely that can not be a major expense to add... Why wouldn't they just do it at least for the front 2

Hmmm, in the manual it seems to support each window being express AND the use of the all window express button. Not the case?

Express down works just fine. Express up is only supported on the driver's window IIRC. The other three switches don't have two positions for "up".
