According to GM, The electric Hummer will be revealed on May 20, 2020. We'll likely get an idea about when it goes on sale around that time.

They mention that it will be built in Michigan at General Motors’ Detroit-Hamtramck assembly plant but they don't say if that's where the reveal will happen.
