Well this is neat, apparently under "My GMC Studio" they have video streaming apps.

With it running Android Automotive, I can see it getting other apps pretty quickly. Here are some the article mentions below being worked on:

Exciting things to come.

Great review. Not sure if I would be willing to loan my brand new Hummer EV to you tuber, but I appreciate it.

Yeah, especially when there was snow all over, to loan out your new Hummer to have them test.... I do not know that I would have been willing to do that either, but I am glad that someone did.

I was thinking the same thing... Especially in that snowy weather to loan out your new truck that you have waited for so long... But I guess it turned out OK and I am happy that the owner did, so we could get another review...

I envy people who have a more discernable ear than me. I can "just" hear what they are talking about but it's not so obvious to me and Midranges-low end/high end... some of that is foreign speak.

Ok the audio system video almost gave me a heart attack when the Cadillac almost slides into the Hummer!

Same here... If I had been doing that review, I would have probably called the owner to come and pick it up right then and there....

Kinda disappointed in the audio system based on the price. I could understand this system being standard in the EV2 and then having a little better system in the higher trims, but not the same across all of them.

A better audio system would be nice but I think they were focusing on everything else this truck can do. Also I bet some of the missing options could be done by OTA.

I am hoping the whole software system will get an OTA to fix the lag. As many problems as Jeeps have, the infotainment system and user interface is awesome. The 2019 Raptor’s system lagged, and it looks like the Hummer does too, for now at least.

Use the steering wheel control buttons on the back side of the wheel (where your fingers naturally land) for volume and seek/station/track select. Hopefully everyone is going out to the GMC "how to" videos, as we go more in-depth than this review on how your new HummerEV functions.

Also, you can use your cluster setting on the right side of the screen for track advancement if you are using the Google or other screen.

I love those buttons and use them all the time on my GM and Jeep products. Ever since I saw them first on my first generation Liberty, I have always thought that they were ingenious- if you know they are there. Btw: please keep putting out more videos on the Hummer - especially the infotainment system. I think a good comprehensive one just on that would be helpful just to help teach people things on stuff they would not even be aware of. Like buttons on the back if the steering wheel!

I find the track ones a little irritating because the Regen paddle isn't in a position where I can hit it if my hands are at 9 and 3, like it was on my 2018 Bolt. The biggest thing I didn't like about the 2022 refresh.

Don’t sweat the squeaking roof panels on rough roads. Hardtop Jeep owners already have a fix. The bottom seal on the back window squeaks the same way. Just put a light coating of silicone grease on the seals and they won’t make any noise.
