Went to pickup my Edition 1 today.
Penske Buick GMC of Cerritos, CA is adding a $50,000 markup!
I walked out and said I would return later. Doesn't look like I can do much.
Just joined and this is your first post? sorry, but I don't believe you fully... Dealerships have been warned about this, and all I have talked to are selling the Hummer to reservation holders at MSRP.

I have a feeling it will work out Snay...... get this blown up. Report to California Attorney General Rob Bonta Asap! Email the complaint with your copy of invoice and follow up with phone call. Also put the dealer on notice that this price gouging will not be tolerated. If you have an attorney friend, get him involved as well. Good Luck!

Attorney General cannot do anything, this is not illegal, just frowned on..

Well Tom, not entirely accurate, depending on any emails, advertisements that may have been made with any deceptive tactics or advertised price by the dealership. Will depend on all the circumstances and facts.
Unless the dealer advertised that vehicle (vin specific) at a different price they can charge whatever they want by law, but the wrath of GM will be painful for them... Not to mention the wrath of social media. @Snay is playing his cards just right by tweeting to GM execs, although I would usually first contact the dealership owner and give them a chance to fix it before blowing it up into a much bigger deal. Most of the time the owner does not even know about his kind of thing, these decisions are made by the sales manager, and all about hitting their commission numbers.
