Can be anywhere from Several hundred to several grand depending on the EVSE and if you need any electrical done.

The Hummer right now has an 11.5 kW(48 AMP) Charger but later models can have up to 19.2 kW (80 AMP) that will need either a 60 AMP Circuit or 100 AMP circuit in your circuit breaker panel if you want to take full advantage of them.

There are other options out there including Grizzl-E, ChargePoint, Wallbox... etc. There are youtube videos out there that give a good rundown and explanation on everything.

For reference, I had a ChargePoint Home Flex ($700) installed in my garage (50 AMP unit with 40 AMP output). I didn't have the right wiring to my garage so had an electrician rewire it and install the charger for approx. $1800. The electrical panel is on the opposite side of my house so that covered wiring across the length of my house, although I don't know the exact amount of wire used off the top of my head.

Residential EV charger installation also currently qualifies for a federal tax credit equal to 30% of the equipment and installation cost, up to $1000 if I'm not mistaken. in my case, that effectively reduced my bill by $750, which left me $1750 out of pocket. I didn't benefit from any state or local incentives but there are a lot of those out there as well.
