They are doing them in number order. Celebs were able to put in reservations before they opened it to the general public.

I don't think it's their truck necessarily it could be GM giving them a test drive since Kutcher is so involved in tech startups, investing, etc.

That's correct and it also has a temporary registration sticker in the window. In California they fold the top portion of paper and attach it to a dealer window cling sticker and goes on the front windshield. Pretty sure he did actually buy this.
