Anyone wanna buy my Hummer Edition 1 SUV?

I just received my GMC HUMMER EV EDITION 1 SUV verification email from GMC and open to sell to a willing buyer.

I would like to identify a buyer before I verify the hummer so that the buyer could customize to their liking, since they would be the ones paying. I have sold cars in the past and have a legal write up that protects the buyers & sellers. Its a legitimate operation/exchange with no issues in the past for collector vehicles such as this.

Message if seriously interested with the premium you'd be willing to pay above MSRP.

Details on my reservation ID, vehicle options, pick-up/delivery coordination, legal contract, and contract to come through direct messaging.

You selling the same one you tried selling from 2021? Or is this a new reservation?
New one. I sold the truck. This is the SUV.
you have to take delivery in name of reservation made and cant sell for 6 months or factory warranty is voided
That’s definitely true for the Corvette Z06. Has it been announced for the Hummer SUV as well?

yes it has for truck and suv not sure what date it started but every suv would fall under that

Started on all 2023 Hummer EV’s so whenever they switched to 23’s is when it started
How much under MSRP does an out of warranty ED1 SUV go for these days?

Ingolfer is correct. "This warranty is generally transferable to subsequent owners of the vehicle. However, certain coverages will be VOIDED if ownership of the vehicle is transferred from the original owner within the first 6 months after delivery" - 24_GMC_Electric_Vehicle_WM_en_US_U_17267651A_2022DEC07 (1).pdf

With that said, these are the options as I see it:
1. Buy vehicle immediately after delivery taken and void certain warranties (not recommended)
2. Wait 6-months while the vehicle is in storage for transaction
3. Rent/lease with non-owner insurance from owner until the 6-months is up.

The 6-months warranty adjustment by GM just makes it harder to pass along ownership.
It all comes down to the right contract between the buyer/seller of what both feel comfortable doing based on the latest terms from GM.

And again, if they were selling thousands of Hummers a month at this point, as they speculated, the entire secondary market might be moot. They had to come up with a solution to a problem they created, albeit unintentionally.
Why would anyone buy from a private buyer if selling above MSRP, wouldn't it be best to buy from the dealer itself? They could provide financing and easier communication if any problems arise. I'm sure there are going to be a lot of first edition reservation holders who pull out the last minute.

Based on the current market and orders being closed off I think there is a 0% chance anyone is going to pass on their allocation even if they don’t want it. And if they do (only because the dealer is trying to charge them a large market adjustment) then the dealer is just going to ask that same large market adjustment on their lot. Good luck calling and just getting any Hummer EV, let alone an edition 1, for MSRP on a dealer lot.

I agree with you. But I don't think a lot of dealers are going to sell for MSRP unless GM forces them to do so somehow. The same thing happened with the new Range Rovers. A lot of people placed deposits with their dealers and then the vehicles got shipped and dealers wanted 10-50k above and people backed out. I don't see why the same wouldn't happened with these vehicles.

The point I was referring to was, if you are gonna buy above MSRP, it would be better to do it with a dealer. At the bare minimum, you get Lemon Law protection.
