According to GM Authority, a recent press release from Cadillac China has revealed some performance numbers for the Lyriq AWD.
The press release claims the Lyriq AWD has:
- 710 Nm of torque (approx. 524 lb-ft)
- 0 to 100 km/h (0 to 62 mph) in 4.9 seconds
- Top speed of 210 km/h (130 mph).
Although GM Authority previously covered details regarding the 2023 Cadillac Lyriq AWD for the U.S. market, including pricing and horsepower figures, General Motors has stated that the model’s torque figure was yet to be determined. Now, however, a recent press release from Cadillac China reveals the 2023 Cadillac Lyriq AWD torque rating as 710 Nm, which converts to roughly 524 pound-feet of torque.
Interestingly, the press release also reveals several performance figures. According to Cadillac China, the 2023 Cadillac Lyriq AWD can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (0 to 62 mph) in 4.9 seconds, while the Cadillac Lyriq RWD variant, which is motivated by a single rear-mounted electric motor producing 340 horsepower, can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.35 seconds. Top speed for the Cadillac Lyriq RWD variant is rated at 190 km/h (118 mph), while top speed for the Cadillac Lyriq AWD variant is 210 km/h (130 mph).
