Wow...this is really impressive. Awesome job, @lukeG! Really enjoy your stuff.

We're looking at a 53 INCH APPROACH ANGLE?? That'd be just ridiculous.
Yeah, 53 degrees is probably not right otherwise that'd be crazy! I bet the front goes further down than I drew. Also, never realized the H1 and Humvee had a 90 degree approach, lol:

I drew up some approach and departure angles for the hummer EV SUT myself, in autocad. My result for length of the truck is slightly different..
If 35 inch tires:

If 37 inch tires

Awesome work @lukeG! I'd be pleasantly surprised if they give it 37 inch tires but I think 33-35 is what they'll actually use.

GM Authority might've seen your measurements @lukeG haha. They did something similar and shared these diagrams on their site. They estimate the pickup and SUV are going to be a bit bigger.

Everything with these estimates depends on the tire size. I wish GMC would drop us a hint as to their size, not only so we can get the closest estimate of the actual size of the Hummers, but also, so we have an idea of how serious they are with making these things true off-roaders. Can you imagine a stock 37 inch tire???

That's just AWESOME specs for offroading. I can't believe they still have 13 inches of suspension travel in Extract Mode, say nothing of 12 inches of base ground clearance!

Actually the standard ride height is around 10.1 inches. So it goes up slightly in Terrain Mode and the goes nuts in Extract Mode.

Ah, got it. Still, Terrain Mode at 12 inches is solid! That's the relevant number for off-roading, and its great.
